Doctoral Graduation Ceremony

On 15 May 2026, the Warsaw University of Life Sciences-SGGW held its annual doctoral graduation ceremony, during which doctoral degrees were formally conferred. Among the graduates was our colleague Mateusz Pękacz, who was awarded the degree of Doctor of Veterinary Sciences in the discipline of veterinary medicine.

The occasion was particularly special for our team, as Mateusz is the first PhD graduate supervised by Anna Zawistowska-Deniziak, PhD, DSc, Associate Professor. His doctoral dissertation was jointly supervised by Anna Zawistowska-Deniziak and Rev. Marcin Wiśniewski, PhD, DSc, Professor at SGGW, reflecting an excellent collaborative supervision.
