Thesis Projects
We welcome undergraduate and master’s students interested in carrying out their BSc and MSc thesis projects within the scope of our current research. Students joining our laboratory receive scientific supervision and have the opportunity to participate in ongoing research projects using modern molecular, immunological, and parasitological techniques.

- Identification of novel diagnostic peptides for the detection of Dirofilaria immitis infection in dogs using phage display technology.
- cDNA cloning and recombinant expression of Dirofilaria repens antigens in prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems.
- Evaluation of the immunomodulatory properties of human fatty acid-binding protein 7 (HuFABP7) using dendritic cells and monocyte-derived macrophages.
